मला जर कोणी विचारले की माझ्या आयुष्यातला सर्वात आनंदाचा काळ कोणता, तर मी म्हणेन की, मी जेव्हा मालवण मध्ये टोपीवाला हायस्कूलमध्ये शिकत होते तो. मी मानते की तेव्हा मी अश्या वयात होते की जेव्हा प्रत्येकालाच आपल्या आयुष्यातला तो आनंदाचा काळ वाटतो, पण मला माहिती आहे की माझी शाळा आणि माझ्या मैत्रिणीनी तो काळ जास्तच आनंदाचा केला होता. शाळेचे दिवस आणखी चांगले वाटतात कारण आम्हाला आमचे शिक्षक फार प्रेमाने वागवत आणि प्रत्येक विषय समजावून सांगत. त्यामुळे शिक्षण डोईजड कधीच वाटले नाही. त्या दिवसांची स्मृती माजी विद्यार्थी संघटनेची सभासद झाल्यामुळे पुन्हा ताजी झाली. जुन्या मैत्रिणी पुनर्प्राप्त झाल्या आणि तेव्हा न झालेले काही मित्रही जमा झाले (हो, तो काळ असा होता की मुली आणि मुलगे एकमेकांशी बोलतही नसत, तेव्हा मित्र बनवून घेणे तेव्हा शक्य नव्हते). शाळेइतकीच महत्त्वाची आहे ही संघटना माझ्यासाठी. आणि आता या नव्या आणि आकर्षक website मुळे तर एकमेकांशी जोडले जाणे तर अगदीच सोपे झाले आहे. मला आशा आहे की या नव्या website मुळे अजून पुनर्भेट न झालेले वर्गमित्र, मैत्रिणी आणि शाळासोबती मंडळींशी गाठभेट होईल आणि संस्मरणीय दिवस येतील. नीता तेंडोलकर (आताची सौ नीता आजगांवकर) - दहावी १९७७.
